1) Is the water really that warm?
Yes, it is! Our pool is one of the warmest in Prague, and we have a thermometer in the water so every customer can verify the temperature. While most pools in Prague maintain a temperature of around 28°C, which can feel chilly if you’re not moving, our pool offers a noticeably warmer and more comfortable experience.
2) Where can I see available dates for booking?
- Available dates are visible in our booking system, or call us and we can arrange a time for you.
3) What times can you book?
Our swimming pool, sauna and hot tub are available Monday to Friday (from 18:00 to 02:00 in the morning), and Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 02:00).
4) What type of payment is accepnted and what is included in the price?
- Payment is due prior to services. This price includes entrance to the spa facilities and towels.
5) What type of sauna do you use?
Our infrared sauna features 8 RedGlass full-spectrum radiators, providing therapeutic benefits including red light therapy to help reduce anxiety and stress. The unique combination of short, medium, and long waves from these radiators penetrates up to 5 mm below the skin, delivering a more intense and faster heat experience compared to classic Finnish saunas. Additionally, the RedGlass rays assist in relaxing muscles and bones, enhancing your overall sense of well-being.
6) Can I rent the wellness center for the whole night (from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.)? How do I pay?
- Payment is due in advance or in person at least one hour prior to your reservation so that we may ensure no other appointments during that period.
7) What is the maximum allowed capacity for the package: pool, sauna and hot tub?
- The maximum capacity is 6 adults (without children), or 4 adults and five children.
8) What is prohibited in and around the pool?
To ensure our water stays pristine, no food is allowed in the pool area. Consuming food and contaminating the water, as well as polluting the pool area beyond normal use, is strictly prohibited. Our pool system includes professional water quality monitoring equipment (Aseko Profi AQUA), which measures various factors online. These sensitive sensors detect any contamination immediately. We prioritize water quality for your safety and enjoyment, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the pool clean.
9) Is staying in the pool, sauna and hot tub discreet?
- At our facility, comfort and discretion are standard. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the relaxation zone, ensuring maximum privacy. The area is behind closed doors and accessible only to you, allowing you to enjoy your time with complete peace of mind.
10) Who is responsible for looking after children in the pool and outside the pool during the stay?
Please ensure that you pay extra attention to your children during your visit. Running on wet paving, jumping into the pool from the edge, or engaging in any behavior that could risk injury is strictly prohibited. Parents or accompanying adults are always responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
